HD77 Terms and Conditions

1General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player") and HD77 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the HD77 website, mobile application or any related service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account, make a deposit or use any part of the HD77 platform. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

HD77 is an online entertainment platform. It offers slot games, sports betting, fish games, crash titles and live casino products. The platform operates independently and does not represent or act on behalf of any government body, regulatory authority or third-party organisation.

All currency references throughout these Terms are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. HD77 does not hold player funds in foreign currencies and does not apply conversion charges to PKR deposits or withdrawals.

2Eligibility & Registration

Access to HD77 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. HD77 takes underage gambling seriously and reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to confirm age.
• You must not be accessing HD77 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly restricted or prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with the laws that apply to you.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of an HD77 employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of another person.
• You must not have previously had an HD77 account that was suspended or permanently closed due to a violation of these Terms.

During registration you will be required to provide a valid email address, a unique username and a secure password. You may also be asked to verify your identity at a later stage by providing a copy of a government-issued ID or other documentation. HD77 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals until verification is complete.

3Account Management

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active HD77 account. If HD77 detects that a player holds or has held multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — all associated accounts may be suspended, balances forfeited, and the player permanently banned from the platform.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your HD77 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone — HD77 staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately so that appropriate action can be taken.

Account Verification (KYC)

HD77 may request identity verification at any point. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process and is applied to protect players and the platform from fraud and misuse. Verification documents typically include a national identity card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued photo ID. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time frame may result in suspended withdrawal access until the process is completed.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your HD77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is formally closed. HD77 also reserves the right to close or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

HD77 supports deposits in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and selected mobile wallets. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. There are no deposit fees charged by HD77 — any charges that may arise from your payment provider are outside of HD77's control.

Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. In most cases this is instant for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on the processing time of the relevant bank.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by the HD77 finance team during standard operating hours. Most JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are completed the same day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to two business days depending on the receiving bank.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have been previously used for deposits on the account, or to verified bank accounts registered in the player's name.
• HD77 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts. The name on the receiving account must match the name on the HD77 account.
• HD77 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals.

Transaction Disputes

If you believe a deposit has not been credited correctly or a withdrawal has not arrived within the expected time frame, contact HD77 support with your transaction reference number. Do not initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider without first raising the issue with HD77, as doing so may result in account suspension pending investigation.

5Bonuses & Promotions

HD77 offers a range of bonuses including a welcome bonus for new registrations, weekly reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot games, and special promotions tied to cricket events such as PSL fixtures and international T20 series. The specific terms applicable to each promotion are published on the Promotions page and must be read alongside these general Terms.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are used after real money funds are depleted, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time period as stated on the promotion. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period and are forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Attempting to stack bonuses — claiming a new bonus before a previous one has been completed — is not permitted.
• Free spins, where awarded, are valid only on the specific slot game named in the promotion and at the stake value stated.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the HD77 welcome bonus. The bonus is credited automatically upon deposit. 6Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on HD77 — whether on slot games, sports markets, fish games, crash titles or live casino — are final once confirmed. Players should review their selections carefully before confirming, as HD77 does not offer a general cancellation policy on placed bets.

Sports Betting

HD77's sports section covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and domestic matches), Football and Esports. Betting markets are offered as displayed at the time of placing, and odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once confirmed at a specific price, that price is locked in for the player's position.

• In the event of a match being abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules stated in the specific market's terms.
• HD77 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed following a technical error resulting in incorrect odds being displayed.
• Maximum bet limits may apply to specific markets or events. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface.

Slot Games & Casino

All slot games and casino titles available on HD77 use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game providers and are independently audited. HD77 does not alter or interfere with game outcomes.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game and market. For slot games, minimum bets start from PKR 100 per spin on most titles. Sports betting minimum stakes are displayed per market. Maximum stake limits exist to ensure sustainable platform operation and fair access for all players.

7Fair Use & Prohibited Acts

HD77 is committed to providing a fair and enjoyable platform for all players. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of winnings and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to place bets, interact with games or access account features in a manner not intended by HD77.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through a confirmed technical error are not considered valid and will be voided.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or reproduce any part of the HD77 platform, including its software, visual design or proprietary game content.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, including sharing cards, coordinating bets or using any form of communication to gain a collective advantage over the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that uses HD77 to process the proceeds of criminal activity. HD77 is required to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
• Creating or using an account on behalf of another person, or accepting payment from a third party to place bets on their behalf.
• Using a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy service to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

8Responsible Gaming

HD77 is an adult entertainment platform and is intended for players who engage with it as a form of recreational activity within personal financial limits. If you find that gaming is taking up more time or money than is comfortable for you, HD77 provides several tools to help you manage your activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. These take effect immediately and cannot be raised for a mandatory review period.

10Liability & Disputes

HD77 is not liable for losses arising from:

• Internet connectivity issues on the player's side that interrupt a game session or bet placement.
• A player's failure to read and understand the rules of a game or betting market before placing a wager.
• Incorrect information provided by the player during registration or verification.
• Actions taken by HD77 in response to a confirmed breach of these Terms, including account suspension and balance forfeiture.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a transaction, game outcome or account decision, the first step is to contact HD77 customer support with full details of the issue. The support team will investigate and respond within a reasonable time. HD77 aims to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. Records of all game activity and transactions are maintained and are available to support dispute investigation.

11Changes to These Terms

HD77 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, players will be notified via a notice on the platform or by email to the address registered on their account. Continued use of the HD77 platform after the notification period constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.
